The Beginning:
A man of God spoke into my life just recently--well let me start at the beginning. I have loved the Word of God ever since I got saved in 1988. Because of that love, God birth in me the gift of teaching. He then commissioned me to go and teach, speaking to me these words, "Open your mouth wide and I will fill it." The Lord is so funny because truly I have a great big mouth.
With the calling came a vision--a great big lofty vision --of serving God by spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom through preaching, teaching, and writing books.
This brings me back to this wonderful man of God, whom I only spoke to once yet his words were so profound "Despise Not the Day of Small Things."
I needed those words to remind me that every ministry has a beginning, Joseph started in a pit. Paul started blind and hated by those he had to minister to, and Jesus started with turning water into wine. Respectively, Joseph ended up saving a whole nation during the time of famine, Paul went on to bless millions with his writings and testimonies, and Jesus died for the whole worlds sin.
This is Not a Restart, This is the Beginning:
I start this website with joy, knowing and trusting that God will get the glory out of my life. My vision is high and lofty, but God has done a wonderful job of preparing me for this season. I am starting small but I have great expectations. I serve a great big God.
I pray that this website will be a blessing to all who stop by. I pray that God will meet a need, destroy a yoke, and strengthen you while you are on your journey to see the King.
